in overall very good condition ready to hang

The Clumber Spaniel is the largest of the spaniels, and comes in mainly white with either lemon or orange markings.
The name of the breed is taken from Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire where the breed was developed.
Clumbers originally were not available for sale only gifted to the nobility.

William Albert Clark (1880-1963)

William Albert Clark was a British painter who was born in 1880
specialised in portraits of horses, sometimes with their jockeys, or carriages and drivers.
He also painted prize cattle and the occasional dog portrait.
